We have a no refund policy on custom pieces and alterations.
ALL custom pieces require a minimum 4 week turnaround. Orders requested in less than 4 weeks will have a $10 rush fee. Less than 2 weeks will have a $25 rush fee.
Full payment must be received by the time the garment is to be returned to the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
For custom items, 3 fittings and alterations will be allotted unless deemed absolutely necessary or alternatively agreed
Design must be discussed and confirmed by both parties before time of first payment.
All orders will require a clear due date agreed on at time of accepting the project so that Item(s) may be fitted and delivered before, or by due date discussed and agreed to.
If Any pieces are received in a damaged state, due to a fault of CCB Lani Rose LLC during production, CCB Lani Rose LLC will cover the replacement cost of fabrics or materials and will not charge again to remake the item.
If any piece(s) become damaged or in need of repair(NOT due to a fault of the manufacture), after drop off, CCB Lani Rose LLC will not be held responsible. You may request a repair, but it will be at a fee.
If garments(s) are received, and fail to function properly due to a production flaw (eg. A stuck zipper, button or hem falls out due to it not being secure) CCB Lani Rose LLC will replace it at no cost as long as we are notified within 7 days.
