Terms of service


  • We have a NO refund policy on custom pieces, alterations, alterations.
  • All pieces will need a fitting date planned at time of agreement so that Item(s) may be delivered before, or by due date discussed and agreed to.
  • If Any pieces are damaged during production due to business's Negligence, CCB Lani Rose LLC will notify the client as soon as damage is recognized  and will cover the replacement cost of fabrics or materials.
  • If any piece(s) become damaged or in need of repair, after delivery, CCB Lani Rose LLC will not be held responsible. You may come to ask for it to be repaired, but it will be at a fee.
  • If garments(s) are received, and fail to function properly due to a production flaw (eg. A stuck zipper, button or hem falls out due to it not being secured properly) CCB Lani Rose LLC will replace it at no cost as long as we are notified within 7 days
